Last, we hired him to attach a porch rail with polycarbonate panels to keep out the rain and wind. On each job, he was polite, creative, on time, and finished quickly. Each job was meticulous, exacting, and creative. He has "an eye" for color, and each corner is exact, and all poles, posts, and rails are level and joined perfectly, with all screws counter-sunk. Clean-up of each project was perfect. We would absolutely recommend him for any project, small or large. He will soon be so busy we will have to stand in line!"

"Great! Owner of the business made the call. My garage door is aluminum. When it was originally installed, it was not set up right, not enough braces to keep the door from bending. The cables that help roll up the door had come off the rollers. So when the opener tried to raise it, the door stopped and buckled in the middle. He looked at the garage door, gave me a price to fix, we said yes and he went to work. Had everything he needed to repair our door with him - three metal braces. Lubricated everything. Installed a new spring over the door. In and out in an hour. I would highly recommend this garage door business for any problems you might have. They not only do repairs of the doors and openers, they sell and install doors and openers as well."

"This is the second time we have had John Offner Co. Come out to do a job. First time was to completely replace our front door and security screen. Our previous handman completely messed up the door and then couldn't be found, so we called John who redid the door New again and fixed the damage the other guy did. This week we had him replace our old (1994) glass sliding door and screen. Completely took it out and replaced. It's beautiful. And he did a side window as well. "My garage door was behaving erratically when I attempted to close it -- to the point where I had to manually assist' in the closing of the door.  Obviously, I needed to have it serviced.  I went to my 'go-to' site for a referral and discovered ELK GROVE OVERHEAD DOORS on Angie's List.  The technician, David, arrived shortly after the scheduled time and proceeded to inspect the door.  He swapped out the door rollers and even added addtitional brackets to better support the door rails. Before he left, he did additional little things to ensure a quieter garage door operation, as well as giving me tips on future maintenance.  Overall, a dream experience!  My garage door now works like it did on it's initial installation some 10 years ago.  Thanks David and thanks ELK GROVE OVERHEAD DOORS !!
