This time though the person I got, wasn't as professional and sort of told me that what my system did was as good as it was going to get. I had already got another opinion and they said the coolant pipe was sized wrong for the distance traveled. I asked the Ductrite guy about ti and he said it was fine. Well either the whole system is underpowered or he is wrong.so I give it a good over all based on past work, but lately I have heard they have gotten rid of all the great guys they had. "RJ Wren was the third contractor we had requested to consider a strategy for restoring heat because the outside compressor unit of our heat pump was not working. Roy Wren was able to recommend a solution that was $2000 to $5000 cheaper than the other two estimates by replacing only the outdoor unit and reconfiguring the indoor airhandler unit to handle the newer Puron refrigerant that the new outdoor unit requires. Roy came by on 12/23 to review the situation and provide his estimate, noting that because of the holidays he would not likely be able to return until the week of 12/28. He called first thing Monday, 12/28, showed up an hour later and by 12:30 PM had completed the work professionally, quickly and with no mess."
