"After discussing the situation with the owner it was determined that we should start with a load of gravel and see if that would solve the problem. Even though the company does provide that service he measured the driveway and sent the information to someone that could provide the gravel for the driveway. We are currently plan to utilize that service and if that does not solve the problem we will consult further with this company. "Troy did a nice job, especially with the carpentry part of the job.  Troy found new railroad ties to replace parts that were beyond repair, but the lumber was hard to find because of its dimensions.  Troy finally found them in Madison, bought them after calling me to discuss price and quantity and then hauled them back.  The old rotted pieces were difficult to remove but Troy kept at it and did a really nice job installing the replacement pieces.  The repair work to the other rot was decent but would have been better if framed out temporarily while the concrete dried.  I told him though that I wasn't looking for perfect on that part -- just good enough to stop further rot and fill in the holes.  I had purchased a 4-hour deal through Angies List and Troy was trying to get done within the allotted time. <br />"
