"Gregory & Charlie installed my windows. I had 7 taken out, replaced by 5 (I had a "bay window" that was orginally 3 separate windows, but Castle has a window that is all in one & the sides open). Upon arrival Gregory introduced himself & Charlie. He said it would take about 3 hours (that is pretty much how long it took). The guys worked efficiently and effectively. They cleaned up inside and out. You would have even known they were there except for the beautiful, quality windows they "left behind". I would give a little bit of a "heads up"......the windows need to "cure" (the caulking) for 24 hours, so no window treatments, including curtains can go up in those 24 hours. If you're having a bedroom window replaced, this is important. I think Castle did an awesome job from salesman to the person who remeasured the windows (these are custom, so the sizing has to be right) to the installers. I am happy with my windows at this time & don't forsee not being happy with them. Thank you."
