"I was very happy with the service that I received from John Ilberg.  He was very competent, responsive and friendly.  He initially came to my house to inspect/assess the work that I needed done.  He provided me with an estimate and we scheduled a time a few days later to perform the work that was required.  John and a helper arrived on time and as scheduled to my home on the subsequent date.  They proceeded to replace a number of old lighting fixtures in my living room and kitchen.  He also repaired a faulty outlet due to some damaged/worn wiring and replaced an old circuit breaker.  I would look to hire John again in the future. <br />"

"We met with Alex just before doing demo work on our house. He was a real pleasure to deal with and his price was within our budget. <br />On his first visit Alex and his crew installed the tv wall mount, a new wall outlet for the mount, installed a closet light with wall switch, changed out 10 outlets, connected the wiring for a ceiling fan to run off a wall switch, and re-wired an outside breaker box. <br />As our work progressed they came back on another visit to run the wiring for new appliances and kitchen lights as well as install ceiling mounts for ceiling fans and receptacles for the high hats. Have to give the second group credit because our basement was a death trap of boxes and such but they were completely ok with manuevering through our belongings. <br />The next 2 visits included the installation of the pendant lights, high hats, ceiling fans, kitchen outlets, and wiring of appliances. All of the visits between the first and last were different electricians but they were always courteous and happy to explain certain things. <br />On the final visit, Alex installed the under cabinet lighting, re-positioned an island outlet that had to be moved, and fixed one of the ceiling fans that was wobbling. <br />If there were any issues with the work, it was with the billing. We inquired several times for a receipt of payment after doing so, which we didn't receive. When we finally did, it did not include the additional work we asked for nor the money we had already paid. It wasn't until ACA brought in a new office manager that the issue was corrected. <br />ACA was great and we highly recommend them. <br />"

"My exterior outlet was installed by the previous homeowner and clearly not done by a licensed electrician. It corroded and stopped working. Gina Electric installed an outlet more appropriate for sealing out moisture. They did it quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. A++, will use again if needed (though hopefully not!)"

"The work Lite House provided was just fine regarding the installation of our generator. However, we recently had trouble with the electric starter and found that the necessary charger was not provided at the the time of installation. After inquiring with Lite house, they were gracious enough to order the part at no charge which they had agreed to deliver when it came in. However, after 3 weeks they told me the part had come in but they continued to claim they were too busy to deliver it, so I went to pick it up myself. That would have still been OK, but the charger did not fix the problem, so I called to inquire about the battery itself and whether it just needed a replacement or something else may need replacing. I continued to leave SEVERAL phone messages on their voice mail (since no one picks up the phone there) , and never received a call back regarding this issue. I tend to rate the integrity of a company not only by the work they do but the service they provide AFTER they have your money. In my experience, this company has proven to respond in a very unprofessional manner. Ultimately, I have had to conduct timely research into the problem myself where they could have probably answered this question in less than a minute. Initially awaiting their return phone call, I was going to discuss an outdoor lighting project that we were planning in the Spring, however, we will now be looking else where. In addition, I would be hesitant to continue recommending Lite House after this episode. Sometimes a company should just do the right thing, even when they are TOO busy, since a 30 second phone call could ultimately give them $1000's of dollars in business in the future."
