He knows how to read directions and when the door was completed in under 30 minutes it worked perfectly. He is a perfectionist and very neat workman. When he was finished I asked him to complete another job I had been putting off; Removing and cleaning the down spout in front of my house; He did it and also took the time to add a leaf catcher so It wont have to be removed again. "Greg was great! He took a look at the issue and was able to repair a vintage lock mechanism on an old large door of our property. Previously a locksmith we hired came out and claimed that the lock was broken, missing pieces, and had bent parts. I should find a finish carpenter and replace the mechanism - hence I ended up calling Greg. Greg was able to take a look. He was able to reassemble the lock, clean the mechanism, and bring it back to working condition. Greg was very professional and thorough in his work. I will be looking forward to using him on other projects."
