I contacted 2 contractors and chose Sturgeon Stone & Landscape. They came by as promised to look over my project. They gave me a competitive bid for the work and completed the project as promised. They provided insurance info up front. They did not ask me to sign a contract or for money up front. Mike Sturgeon and his team were courteous throughout the project."

"Jerry was very prompt in responding to my first call for an estimate. He was professional and patient as we discussed how the job was to be done. I thought I wanted to have the wood "look" preserved by just applying a semi-transparent stain. However, after discussing different coverage options I agreed to trust one of Jerry's suggestions and go with a lighter solid stain(Sikkens). It looks great! It makes the porch brighter (north exposure) and yet maintains the wood feel I wanted. Jerry is an excellent painter. He is meticulous, quick, and experienced. The high pitched celing with rough old wood (having some roof nails poking through in places) made this a tedious job. He also had to make two trips for more stain since the wood soaked it up so much. I am very pleased with the results."

"Everything went pretty smooth. It took a while to get on the schedule because they were busy. We had a slight issue because they were suppose to come out and work on the water lines as well as electrical lines which did not get done. They ensured me that they could continue with the work anyways. I was little sceptical about that but other than that everything went quite well. I would use their services again in the future."

"We had a great experience with Sure Seal Restorations! we called Derek who returned our call right away. He came by at hours that were convenient to our crazy work schedules to show us the products that would be used and answered all of our questions prior to the work being done. It took very little time to get the roof replacement scheduled and the roof was replaced in one day. The crew was tidy, cleaned up everything and was kind to my plants and garden. The gutter team came another day and the gutter guard guys finished up the last day. Everything was left clean and the job was done beautifully. Derek even assisted us in picking a roof color because it was not an easy decision and it turned out nicely. He is now helping us find copper gutter guards for the two small copper roofs we have. I would recommend this company any day and I definitely recommend Derek F. thanks!!"

"The sprinkler system was installed and functions correctly.  However, during the installation process there were white plastic pvc pipes placed 18-24" above the ground directly in front of our picture window and house.  They were placed without asking and made the front of our house look terrible.  We did say something before our HOA stepped in and it was corrected and moved to the side of the house out of street sight.  Our quote also included the removal of a small bush and some surrounding stumps/roots.  It was not completed with the initial work and it took several reminders before they completed the work the following spring, when they de-winterized our sprinklers.  Our sod area was small but it took several requests to level the area before the sod, which was what we had been quoted.  Overall, we eventually got everything done but will not be using this company in the future, including the twice yearly maintenance of the sprinkler system. <br />"
