"I just purchased my home, so I was still getting acquainted with my heating and AC unit. I noticed on my iComfort thermostat that my air filter was at 100%, even though I had just purchased and changed the filter. I could not manage to clear the error, which had gone from 20% to 100% and was illuminated in red. Not wanting to cause damage to the newly installed system, I luckily found the name, address and phone number of ARS programmed into my unit, while navigating around. I was not left any paperwork on the unit, so thankfully this information was programmed into the system. It was a Sunday evening, but knowing I would forget to call in the AM, I called and left a message. What was amazing to start was that I received a call from someone at ARS early the following morning (Monday), and I do not mean start time early, as I drive to work at 5:30 AM and it takes me an hour to get to my place of business. Even more amazing was the ability to get someone out to my home that same afternoon by 3 PM. They had all of the information on my unit, as they installed it, so they knew that nothing had been done to the system since it was installed. A very professional and cordial technician named Dan arrived at my residence and took care of the cleaning of the unit and the removing of the filter error. He gave me a brief overview of the heating unit and we also discussed the AC portion of the unit as he noticed the configured settings on the thermostat could cause a potential harmful issue. I cover my outside unit, and the thermostat was set to move to A/C if the temperature reached a certain temperature. As I mentioned, i just moved in, and knew nothing of the system, just that it was an extremely expensive unit. Dan reset my configurations, and explained what changes he was making so that I would know for future. I only paid approximately $300.00, it was actually a bit less, but I do not have the exact amount, because I also purchased a maintenance visit for the spring to get the A/C portion checked, and started, and anther little review. Purchasing both provided me a discount, which is greatly appreciated also. I am very happy the information for ARS was programmed into my thermostat. They are truly a reliable and professional company, and I look forward to doing business with them and Dan in the future - he IS absolutely awesome!"
