"The technician that I spoke with was very knowledgeable and he was very helpful. They always came when they said they would. The cost is expensive. It just seems that every time they turn around, they have to do something else which adds to what you have already paid for which is the problem. It is not just them. I think it is the industry. They catch you with just feeding the lawn then they have to do this care and that care. It is one bill on top of the other. Because my lawn is just starting to come back after a very bad situation, I would just go with the regular lawn care not all the added stuff, but it was kind of getting pricey. So, I am kind of up there. I kind of shelled out now about $500. They have different technicians who do different things."

"Jim met with us 2 days after I called. We had recently purchased a house in which the yard was covered with trees (mostly scrub pines). We asked his opinion on what trees should be removed and what should stay. We were happy with his recommendations. He and his crew were there just a few days later and cut and cleaned up all the debris. His stump grinder needed repair and it took a few weeks before he was able to come back and grind the stumps (hence the punctuality) but he communicated when we would have it fixed and came back to finish the job. <br /> <br /> He was a nice guy and easy to work with."
