"Fantastic! The estimate was clear and detailed appropriately. The product selection was high quality and appropriate for our project. The roof project ended up taking 1.5 days and not the originally estimated single day but I was pleased they didn't try to reschedule the remainder and instead simply arrived the next morning, completed the work, and cleaned up the yard well."

"I contacted Cypress Roofers for an estimate on a roof replacement for my home. They responded to my message in a timely manner, came and looked at the job and then were prompt in providing an estimate. Pricing was very fair. Once I signed contract and timing was agreed on, the workers arrived on the set date. They were hard working, got the job done in a timely manner, were neat and respectful of my home, and cleaned up thoroughly when job completed! I was very pleased with the entire experience. I would definitely recommend them! I hired them again to repair my gutters after some winter snow damage. Again a great job completed! A plus job!!!"

"Colonial Restorations was superb.   Our family very much enjoyed working with Brad Green and Tom Green.

At the outset, they made thorough assessments of our family's barn, identifying several problem areas and offering multiple proposals for how best to address each (including strategies and estimates).  They walked through the different proposals with us, addressing all questions and discussing different options.  This was extremely constructive and important to the process.

They demonstrated very clear understanding of post-and-beam wood construction.  They displayed great expertise in working with wood (white oak, red oak, hemlock) and with the tools, jacks and cribbing needed for this work.  They worked carefully, always putting in place the necessary jacks and cribbing in advance of each phase of this project.

They were clear about their schedule and were very responsible about communicating with us.  If there were a day that they would not be on site, they let us know ahead of time.  With the exception of a snow storm and an illness, they were on site five days a week from the first week in January till the second week in February, 2016.

By the completion of this project, Colonial Restorations had made significant and important structural repairs to our barn.  This work was done with care, craft, accuracy, and to code.  (All elements of this project were examined and passed by the building inspector.)  Most important, these repairs respected and worked with the existing structure and materials of the barn.

We could not be happier with these repairs or with the work done by Colonial Restorations.  It was a pleasure working with Brad and Tom."

"Their goal was to pickup and empty the Bullbag within 2 business days from when i called - they did it in 3. Not too bag. Bagster took us over 1.5 weeks! This company is based in CT. They are like working with our friends. They were professional, easy to work with, and the price was a fixed price - no surprise charges that dumpster companies always hit you with after they pick up the dumpster. The best part of this? We get to keep and reuse our bag again-it's guaranteed for life! No trips to HD anymore!!!! Definitely use them! You won't be disappointed!"

"They want two appointments from  you -- one to come and talk to you and one to actually clean the gutter. By the time they came to clean the gutter, I had no leaves in them. They had already washed out. They also gave me an estimate for my roof that I wasn't happy with. I would not recommend them to anyone. For professionalism, I would give the owner a "B" but the people in their office was a "D"."

"The work was done very well and in a timely manner. He checked the roof, analyzed the problems, explained the process, give an estimate. He returned in a week to complete the job, which was done in very professional manner without any delay. And he was staying in touch after job was done. Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend to anyone. Absolutely a first class job."

"The order for my gutters was delayed but the owner called me daily with updates. The crew consisited of two men who were friendly, polite and industrious. They did their set-up, prep work and installation without disrupting my schedule in any way. They worked until the job was done, a very rare occurrence. They left the work site spotless. The finished job is excellent and I will recommend Advanced Gutter Services to my friends and neighbors."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"One of the eaves of my roof was damaged prior to my purchasing my house. I got several other estimates, some of which ran as high as $2500, which struck me as exorbitant for a relatively simple job involving some carpentry and sheet metal fabrication. I found Top Notch through Angie's list concierge service. Top Notch was amazing -- excellent communication throughout the entire process. Jorge Guevera on their customer service team is first class... Polite, friendly, professional and promptly returns calls. Their workman showed up when Jorge promised, quoted me a fair price, and did solid work. I'm very pleased with these guys, and intend to use them for other projects."
