"They called the other day and said they wanted to try and get me into a better system. I told them this system was working just fine. I don't think that was wrong, they're just trying to drum up business. They've been real good. They come when they're supposed to to do the cleaning and fixing. So I'm real happy about that. They just call and say it's time for my bi-annual checkup and I'll say okay and they'll come on over and look at the furnace or air conditioning unit and see that everything is working properly. He'll talk to me about the filters."

"The owner helped us with understanding this new ionizer technology and had to be contacted again about placing them in a better place in the HVAC system to increase ion output into the living space.  The ionizers are a bit pricey for such small units.  They help to kill germs in the home and remove new house construction VOCS, but we were disappointed that they did not remove all of the fumes. One email was not returned, but overall we had a good experience."

"We signed up last year. There are several good things. First, they ship your replacement filters when it's time to change them, so it's a good reminder to change out the filters, which is better for the life of your HVAC equipment. Second, you don't have to buy in bulk and then find a closet to store a year's worth of filters in order to get them at a good price. The shipped price is about the same as I pay at Home Depot."

"It went great! This is by far the most professional small business I have dealt with in a while. I felt like we had a connection with them from the start. I requested an estimate and collected three before these guys showed up. Everyone of the others told me that I needed to gut the entire room and start over. Trinity Reps. looked into it and concluded that that was not necessary and that they could just repair around the damaged area itself. They also called in a mold expert (at no expense to me) to determine if there was any present. None was found! These guys repaired the damage at half the cost of the others and were in and out in one day.
