They were very professional, walked us threw everything they were doing and always made sure to ask how we liked it so far and if we had any questions or concerns. The crew workers were really friendly and they made sure to clean up after themselves really good after each day to make sure my dog didn't get hurt on a nail or a sharp peace of material which I truly appreciate. I received a call back on Wednesday from Chelsea and she told that Zach would come to my home and inspect the problem and even though it was no longer under warranty, if the repair was not large, there would be no charge. Thursday morning , Zach showed up, fixed the loose siding and there was no charge!! Response was very fast and Zach was very professional. Would recommend East Coast to anyone."
