"Tim explained all about what we needed and he was right on spot! Very knowledgeable! And crew of workers: Alex, Rob and Haz were just great! They did excellent job. Incredibly nice and hard working crew, it was our pleasure to meet them and see their professionalism. We will recommend them to anyone who needs new gutters or fix them! Thank you so much for your great job done! Charlie and Krystyna"

"We had a great experience with this company. The roof was put on when they said it would and the yard was completely cleaned up after. I would definitely recommend Big Rapids Roofing to anyone."

"They arrived promptly each day and left my yard cleaner than it started. There were a couple of minor glitches due to missed communication between the different crews but they were promptly corrected when pointed out. As with the painting company I hired after Angie's List, Precision exceeded my expectations! When unforeseen damage was found they were flexible and willing to work with me regarding the extra payment. I hope never to need another roof but I would not hesitate to call them! I have been recommending them to my family and friends in need of roofs or roof repair!"

"Overall they did a great job. They started ahead of schedule. Finished in about 2 days. They did gutters and a new roof."

"Gerald came to the house on time, inspected the roof and gave us a quote for repairing the roof. He was very professional, NOT pushy at all and we feel the quote was very reasonable. He is doing the repair and we will have them do the new roof in the future."

"I spoke with Beth and everything after that point went smoothly. Just as she promised it would Installing a new roof is quite a task but that team did well and were expedient."

"Kevin put together a proposal to install seamless gutters. We have a two story home, so Kevin was more than happy to separate each section/story of the house with the price, and presented different options for screens or toppers. We are surrounded by lots of tall maples, so leaves/seeds are definitely a concern for us, especially on the second story where gutter cleaning is more difficult. In the days following, I spoke with Kevin at length on the phone about the different screen/topper options, and I felt he really wanted to provide the best solution for the lowest cost possible (i.e. I never felt like he was trying to "sell us"). We decided on open gutters for the first story (easier to clean the first story gutters) and LeafX toppers for the second story. We can always add screens or toppers later if we think they are needed.
Install: Kevin scheduled the install date. Installer(s) arrived as agreed and finished the install on time. No construction debris left behind. Rained that night (true story). Nice quality job...gutters and downspouts appear solidly installed and work great. No more water ponding on our flower beds or pouring off the roof at the front door.

"I had my house sided and front steps rebuilt and the job was perfect. Highest quality materials and workmanship. A fantastic company to work with from the very start. I am following up with them for a new roof and gutters and they are a proven high quality company with great customer service. So happy I chose Marshall."
