"The Concrete work was good but do not allow this company to use grass seed on areas required. They used a contractor grade grass seed that looks horrible and I will have to sod the effected areas this spring. I expect that it will require 8 to 10 pieces of sod to correct this problem. I am not a happy customer when it comes to this aspect of their performance."

"Due to extensive rain in our area, I knew it would not be possible for the mulch to be delivered and spread on any of the first 3 days I selected when ordering. After 4 days had passed and I had not heard from the contact person for Rocael, I called to arrange for delivery. When I spoke with Mr. R, he explained that they had not been able to take care of all customers during the rainy period but he would get to me within the next day or two. He and a helper delivered the mulch and spread it around the plant beds on April 1st. They did a good job and swept the sidewalk and street afterwards. I was pleased with the quality of the mulch and the work that was done, but will give an overall B rating because I should have been contacted sooner to let me know the delivery would have to be delayed."
