The owner, Brian, took his time to discuss the process and the timeframe. His estimate was fair and reasonable. He started the job on the exact day he said he would start and each day after that, work started at 8am until the installers had reached their milestone for each day. This job ran smoothly, Brian was on-site numerous times to check on the work, but these installers did not need oversight, they were skilled with every area they required additional attention, ie: thresholds, corners, floor hatch to crawl space, and staining to match the existing wood floors. My master bedroom now has a beautiful wood floor that makes me smile every time I walk into the bedroom! Brian and his team are the definition of professionalism and craftsmanship."
