"Bjorn and Northway were great! He responded quickly to my request, showed up on time, and talked me through what we saw on the roof that needed repair. He took the time to explain to me all of the options. Then, presented a quote quickly with potential upgrades that I could do, but didn’t have to if my budget didn’t allow. He did not pressure my decision in any way. I asked a series of follow up questions via a couple emails, and bjorn took the time to respond to each one. After meeting with 4 more companies, I decided to move forward with his quote based on price, quality of work/product, and my trust in him based on our conversations. A few weeks later, a crew from Northway arrived to remove my existing shingles, remove/install a new skylight, and lay new shingles to my 2k+ sq ft roof. Before they started to remove the shingles they made sure the area around my house was properly tarped off and there was no property around the house that would be damaged during the work. During the replacement I was contacted with questions/issues that arose so I was able to provide feedback. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience, and the level of work performed by Northway.
