Fred was prompt and quick with his measuring/estimation as well as answering our questions and getting larger samples to us for a final selection. Finally, Omar and Kelvin did a fantastic job installing the carpet and taking care of the furniture they needed to move. We felt the price was a good value compared to competitors. Robert, the owner and operator, arrived at the beginning of the time window and worked hard for 3 hrs on my carpets. He did a deep clean, hand scrubbed the recliner and some of the more stubborn carpet spots and then did the regular steam cleaning.
