"NOVA Exteriors did a wonderful job replacing 3 exterior doors at our home. They checked every box one could ask for. Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. Their team worked quickly and did a great job installing some beautiful new doors. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. They responded quickly to some minor concerns and went above and beyond to fix the problem. While doors are never cheap, their price was right in line with other Provia vendors and 1/2 the price of Pella vendors. I'd highly recommend them."

"I called Jeff to request a replacement of an existing leaking set of french doors.  Jeff had an estimator on site within a couple days and preliminarily found significant water damage & rot damage to the floor.  A plan of action was developed to replace the door with a patio door, replace the damaged subfloor & the framing if after the old door came out more damage was evident.    The doors were originally installed incorrectly which damaged both the door, floor, and framing so we requested a replacement with a sliding glass door. <br /> Within a week, the project was completed in a timely, professional, and high quality manner.  The installers were respectful and cleaned up well after the job was done.  They also took the time to show me specific issues that created the leaks in the first place and explained the extent of the damage.  They replaced the water damaged framing and floor that were covered up by the existing set of doors and made sure that the new door installation was done correctly.  The end result is that we now have a beautiful door with the peace of mind that it was done correctly. <br /> This is the 2nd job I have used Homecraft for and will continue to think of them first for my home improvement needs. <br />"

"Getting new windows and a sliding glass door was a daunting process, mostly because of the number of companies out there and not really knowing the difference between window types and if it’s worth the expense. We had a positive experience with Kenny at Nova Exteriors when he came to our house for an estimate. He wasn’t “salesy” (especially compared to reps from places like Window Nation that used annoying pressure sales tactics). The options were straight-forward, and we liked the company history & products/labor warranties. The negative would be cost (on the higher end of estimates compared to others we received) but at the end of the day we went with the company we liked and decided to pay more for overall quality. It’s hard to know if we get up-charged for location (the same windows in a different county are probably a certain % cheaper) but that’s out of our control. The installation went smoothly, and the team was friendly, efficient, and did a nice job. We hope to enjoy our new windows and sliding glass door for many years to come!"
