"Mike was great to work with in planning and providing an estimate for the painting work. We scheduled several weeks into the future and the crew arrived exactly on time as scheduled. The three workers were very neat, respectful, skilled, clean and very professional. Floors were carefully covered and no paint was dripped or splashed anywhere. All questions were satisfactorily answered by the crew as the work progressed. When done, everything in the house looked perfect. Finished the job in three days. This is my third painting with this company. They have done both inside and outside painting for me and I am very satisfied with all aspects of their work."

"I have been using Dan Collins for over a year.  Last year, I bought a 16-year-old house that still had builder's grade white paint throughout the interior.  I arranged for a painter, who changed his mind on the day he was supposed to start. I received Dan's contact information, called him that same morning, and he was out to look at the house that afternoon. It was a large job - 2400+ square feet, with every wall, ceiilng, and piece of trim, crown molding, chair rails, etc. needing to be painted.  He knew I was under a time crunch to get the work done and even though he had other jobs on his calendar, he still managed to put together a crew of 14 guys to come in over the weekend, set up scaffolding where needed, get a huge jump-start on the project.  He made sure there were at least 3 guys at my house every weekday, and then arranged for another large group to come in the following weekend.  The quality of the workmanship was nothing short of excellent.  His guys were polite, respectful, hardworking, diligent, and every single day they cleaned up their entire work area.  About 5 months later, I had his guys come back to paint our staircase, banisters, and the second floor railing which overlooks the first floor family room.  Again, another excellent job.  Most recently (2 weeks ago) I had his guys back again to paint the exterior trim around all our windows, our garage door, front door, two rear doors (one requiring repair due to wood rot), and once again, excellent work.  In the fall, we will bring Dan back in to paint our finished basement.  I wouldn't use anyone else!"

"It all went amazingly. First, Francisco got back to me very quickly and came to give a bid very quickly. His price was very competitive and of the several bids we got he was the only one who was able and willing to do everything we needed without hemming and hawing about it. (Patching holes and doing some repair on a doorframe that rotted.) That was all included in the price. His guys were great. Basically once I said yes and paid the deposit, I didn’t have to do or think about anything. Even when the weather was a bit crazy Francisco was very communicative about when they’d be back, and they were. I didn’t remember if we had discussed a few windows, and some areas that needed extra attention after the project was done. They were dealt with asap, at no extra charge. He gave me tips on keeping it nice, and gave some extra paint for when the kids (and probably me) inevitably mess up the brand new paint. I also like that he and his wife both have small businesses in philly. I would highly recommend New Era Pro for exterior painting projects. I would use them again for sure, but because of the quality products and quality of work, hopefully I won’t have to!"

"Ive been using LHI for some time now and they never fail to deliver high quality projects. With their help, I have flipped several houses now. This last one located in Wayne, they have gutted fully for me. They installed and finished off all the drywall, remodelled a kitchen and two bathrooms and painted. "Overall it was a bumpy ride, but the end result is very good.  I feel the supervisor was basically absent from the job, and clearly did not ensure the crew understood exactly what was to be painted.  I had to inspect and supervise the job from start to finish, and ended up having to bring them back twice to finish the job because areas were either not given a second coat, or were missed altogether.  The end result is fantastic, but only because I was such a stickler and made them come back and fix things to my satisfaction.  I would still recommend them because their price was great as compared to multiple other estimates, and the quality of their work is strong, as long as you are willing to stay on top of them and inspect thoroughly.  Throughout the job, they were very respectful, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves very well."
