He came out and thatched, aerated and reseeded. . Put topsoil down to help fill in the divots in the lawn and to give a good start to seeds. Came out later and fertilized. "Professional, efficient, and timely quality work. Well worth the money. My job was was a 28' X 21' parking pad in a sloped and difficult to reach location in front of my house. They removed the greens, installed and compacted gravel fill to level the area with a 2% slope, then installed asphalt by skip loader using hand and power tools to smooth, finishing with a vibrating roller. I got to see their skillset in it's entirety. I am pleased with the results and would recommend them for your job."
