"They were professional and did a great job cleaning out our dryer duct and vent. They had to disconnect our dryer but they made sure everything was working and they cleaned up everything before they left. We will definitely hire them again when we re ready to have all of our ducts cleaned"

"We were experiencing some nagging health problems (coughing, etc.) and suspected it may be a result of mold in our duct work. I scheduled an appt. with the Duct Doctor and after having to do a reschedule the team arrived exactly at the time designated, assessed our situation and confirmed there was mold in the duct work. They said they could clean it out and recommended we also sanitize the ducts upon completion of the cleaning. All of the men were extremely courteous and respectful of our home and my husband and I. We work from home and the team was very quiet and thorough. They covered any furniture that might be affected by falling debris from the vents. <br /> After finishing the cleaning and sanitizing, they vacuumed and cleaned up all the mess that had dropped from the vents. All in all we are very pleased with the results. Immediately the air in the house felt cleaner. And as far as the coughing is concerned, we are seeing a vast improvement. <br /> I would highly recommend this company. <br />"

I originally had them come over to do a general clean of my HVAC system and dryer vents, but it expanded to a mold clean and removal of some duct board inside the unit and they took care of it quickly and had my house under negative air pressure to prevent spores from getting out of control and landing on everything. My wife and I and our newborn really do appreciate the attention to detail and the fact they caught the mold that had inundated our system and they provided pictures and and easy to monitor system to see their work progress. In short..They really are Indoor Air Quality Specialist."

"Ms Banks arrived and when staright to work asking questions as she went along. Started on the top of cabinets and ceiling fans and worked her way down. When she got to the bedrooms she stripped the sheets, put then in the washer and proceed to fininsh the bed room cleaning, when the sheets were done drying she folded them and put them in the linen closet. She then finshed all the laundry that we in the dirty cloes hamper while working on other rooms. She spent a total of 10 hours barley taking a break. Due to health issues for both my wife and I the house needed an exceptionlly deep cleaning and was unable to finshe the rather large house (3650 sq ft) in one day. Will have her retunr to put in another day then plan on having every other week. <br /> PS was so pleased I gave her a tip and arranged for her to do my daughters house. <br />"

"Best service in Baldwin county! Back in January 2018 Service Air came out during period of extremely cold weather to look at heat pump which was frosted over and not heating, due to faulty defroster thingy. Determined best option was to replace 14 year old condenser and was quoted price for replacement. However... I opted to postpone replacement until spring since we don't have that much cold weather. Never got around to it, but one hot day in July, condenser just died and no A/C. Emailed at 7am on a Friday, had a phone call at 7:20am - they would have a replacement unit picked up and sent out for installation later in the afternoon. Technicians showed up about 2:30, I had cool air flowing by 4pm. Have used Service Air 3-4 times over the last several years and each time had immediate response and resolution/repair same day. Each and every person I have had contact with was very professional. As far as ratings go, I give this firm excellent in all categories, but in this situation I had no time to comparison shop, so I can't speak to the price being anything but in the fair range. They could be pricey or very competitive, that was not the primary factor in my decision to work with this firm. Highly recommend!"
