"The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."

He made sure to get the heat tape installed before the next big storm hit even coming by on a Sunday to finish the electrical hook up and install the wifi connected controller box. "Michael may be a young contractor, but he is doing everything he needs to establish a reputation as an honest, trustworthy, quality contractor.  Before I purchased his services, I noticed that his business did not yet have a 5 year record wit the BBB.  That made me cautious and so I engaged him over the course of a week with many questions regarding what he would be doing.  He answered all of my questions and I asked him to come and give a quote.  I couldn't be there when he measured my roof and when his estimate of my roof square footage was higher than I expected he offered to come back and remeasure when I was there.  I chose him partly because of his willingness to come back, and partly because he offered upgrades to the shingles and adders (such as a new vent for the bathroom) and low prices.  The roof was installed quickly and effectively.  The cleaned the yard up very well (I only found 3 nails with my magnet) and Michael came back to walk down the project with me and fix a couple odds and ends that we noticed (gutter nails loose, caulking around the flashing at the corners).    I can be pretty **** ** contractors, but they impressed me enough where Id recommend them to others."

"It all went very well. Chris came out for an estimate and noticed significant hail damage that resulted in insurance paying for most of the cost. He was very helpful all the way through, even being onsite when the Adjuster came to make sure he got everything, including gutter damage. During installation, the crew even helped remove an old swamp cooler and furnace flu and covered the holes with new sheeting. Very friendly group that had it all done in 2 days."
