Showed up on time, with own supplies. The team was very thorough and all of our appliances look practically new. What I was most happy about was the walls, baseboard and hallway. Our dog loves playing in the hallway and it had gotten really dingy over the years. Now though the walls are finally white again!"

"I hired Ang for a $250 deep clean based on his many 5-star reviews. Before even walking in, he said it would take 60–90 minutes. Red flag. After he left, I found ridiculous amounts of dust under furniture, around cords, on picture frames. Trash not taken out. Dishwasher still full—despite me specifically asking him to empty it. Mirrors and windows not wiped. Several areas still visibly untidy. I sent him photos and videos, but was met with defensiveness: “Missing a spot here and there does happen… vacuuming under surfaces isn’t standard unless asked… I don’t believe this constitutes a refund… I did vacuum the sofa cushions tho.” I’m kinda in disbelief, laughing out loud as I write this—and also insulted. I’ve lived in this apartment 11 years. Hired dozens of cleaners. I know what a deep clean looks like. This wasn’t even a standard clean. Ang’s not a pro—he’s a 20-something actor doing odd jobs. No shame! Truly. Just don’t charge pro rates for amateur work."

"They mentioned they will send a team over to complete the cleaning but they sent only one person so I didn't want to over charge her with work that is the only thing I disliked but overall she did a great job. "

Totally in a bind, guests flying in to stay and appreciate the willingness to help, great communication. Cleaning: it definitely got my place to a more presentable shape and the cleaner was willing to help with anything I needed and that didn?t go unnoticed. However, the cleaning itself was not the best I?ve ever had. The products used left everything a little oily and the attention to details was not all there. I had to ask for certain things to be cleaned again (like kitchen sink looked bad) and when she said she was done in bathroom there was still a few hairs in sink and tub. Also, when she was about to mop I inspected floors and they were not clean at all, had to hand her my vacuum to finish and a lot came up into canister. She also did not take my trash out. Overall: great customer service, I would maybe try again but diff cleaner (not Lizabeth) "

"FIVE STARS! They are quick and professional. Unfortunately we had a "pet mishap" but my carpet was already very dirty before that. Jeannie Clean answered the phone quickly, scheduled my appointment for ASAP and was at my door basically the next day. My carpet has taken some thrashings over the years and now looks BRAND NEW. I could not say enough nice things about the work they do. 11 / 5 stars from me!"
