"They did an amazing job! Very prompt to come and do an estimate and scheduled the work quickly. The existing ceiling was crooked and poorly installed and the room has a lot of pipes and is not a standard size room. They took down the old ceiling and were able to cut panels to fit the room and work around the pipes neatly. The room is nearly 4 inches higher now and everything is straight. They were professional, clean, pleasant and the price was very reasonable. We have already hired them again to replace our staircase and build a closet. I would definitely continue to use Kurt for any home improvement projects!"

Oliver Beer, who owns Bauhaus Construction came up with the best and most creative solution (and the most economical) of all. What differentiated Oliver was his overall vision of the project (which to start was a complicated ceiling repair, but the condo needed an overall major renovation). Oliver is a perfectionist and his attention to detail and thinking 10 steps ahead as well as his overall organization are unmatched with any other contractor I've dealt with in owning different homes over 25 years. Oliver has more than given me my money's worth and in fact, Oliver's work ethic and work product led me to hire Oliver for a major renovation / rehab of the entire condo unit including a very difficult top to bottom painting job (smoke damage), floor removal and installation, dozens of miscellaneous repairs, plumbing and electrical work etc.. Oliver also has lots of good connections and hooked me up with good deals on a container, vent cleaning and other services.
