"The removal and replacement of roof went very well. Gutters and debris screens installed. Cedar shingles repaired/replaced"

"Working with L&L was a very positive experience.  They were professional and responsive throughout the entire process.   A previous contractor failed to properly flash the chimney when he  installed a metal roof.  As a result, a signification amount of water was coming into the building. L&L fixed this issue in a timely matter and the quality of work was excellent. In addition, they were conscientious about cleaning the yard and building when they completed the task.

"A1 did a great job on my new roof and gutters. Clearly defined scope of work, prompt and flexible scheduling, used high-quality shingles with a good warranty. They don't subcontract out their roofing work, which is a big plus. Considerate workers, documented the new roof with photos and videos, and had everything cleaned up by the end of the day. Recommended for a trouble-free roof replacement."

"My husband and I reached out to the company to repair some rotten boards we discovered on the exterior of the house. We spoke to David who was extremely responsive and quick to set up our services. The crew came a couple days later right at the time they said, the repairs are great quality, and everyone we interacted with was polite and kind. I wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them for a bigger job in the future!"

"Yani is very personable he appears to be very honest he went above and beyond and actually went beyond and repaired an addition section of the roof at no additional charge.I sent him over to my neighbor and he's repairing his roof"

"Sammy’s Masonry has completed work for our family several times over the last 10 years. They have done roof, chimney, brick stair work. Most recently Sammy’s crafted a new sidewalk along with stairs and landing using bluestone, natural stone and pavers. He used the best quality material and quoted us a very good price. The staff is very conscientious, meticulous and friendly. They worked 3 full days and did a wonderful job. My wife is very happy with the final product. We have already have Sammy’s locked in to do another job for us next year. Sammy’s Masonry stands by their work product and always has been very accommodating. I would recommend Sammy’s without reservation."
