"Dan arrived and i explained the problem I had. He explained the options that were available and explained he liked to start at the top and work his way down. Sure enough he found a clog in the U pipe, removed it and ran a test. His attention to the little things saved me the price of pipe cleaning which would have been the first option of most outfits. His prices were more than fair and surprising compared to others. Needless to say he cleaned the area (probably better than he found it),"

"We started out with KC checking out our furnace. It had never been cleaned. He found some problems, and alerted us to everything he had found. The before and after pictures were amazing. He then did all the ductwork and cleaned out the dryer vent. Like I said, the before and after pictures were amazing. He is very thorough and does an impeccable job!!!"

"Soot was getting all over the room. I asked him to quit and come back when it was not so windy outside thinking that the wind was blowing the soot out of the chimney. I think they need to have a better way to control the soot. I will update this post when they come back."
