"First I hired a furnance guy from around the corner because he was close and I thought I would give him a chance. He came and said there was nothing wrong with my fan on furnance and charged me $70.00 for service call. His business is about 3 blocks from me!!! Fan still making terrible noise so called the company Accu Air from Clare that originally put our furnance in 9 years ago. Came out and did the job. Always loved this company and will use them again. Always professional and very nice people. <br />"

"I was not having any issues with my current system but wanted to update the system (~18 years old and low efficiency). Kotz did an excellent job of inspecting my current system, highlighting what needed to be done, and bid very competitively. They listened to my concerns and talked me through the causes and what could be done to improve them. They estimated it would be a two day job. On the 1st day of install they showed up on time, protected my homes floor, and went right to work. I had hot water and a functional furnace at the end of day 1 and the AC system was also installed. Day 2 was used to install the remaining humidifier, finalize the AC install and fix some duct work that was done incorrectly by builder or previous owner. The installers were very professional and friendly and made sure my house was cleaned up at the end of each day. I'm an engineer and was curious about some aspects of the system and they explained how everything work clearly. They don't just install they understand how the systems work. I was very pleased with the service, the quality of the installation, the attention to detail, and with the comfort of my home after we have used it the past week."

"Our heat went out over the weekend, we called on a Monday morning and Al, the service tech was here by 10am. He found the fuel jets in the furnace were dirty, he cleaned them and restored the heat. He then showed my husband how to clean the burners and a couple of other things that would keep the furnace working at a higher efficiency. "<p>The installation was very smooth. The 2 man crew arrived when they said they would and worked consistently for 3 hours doing a very efficient job. They spread a tarp over the hardwood floors in the kitchen and cleaned up all their mess at the end of the job. They even swept up the garage floor from the insulation that fell out of the attic when they were working. They answered all my mother's questions as the work went on. They brought 3 different lens covers and showed all of them to my mother for her decision as to which one she liked. They took away all of the cardboard boxes and did not leave her anything to get rid of. We had heard about this company from neighbors. Winter weather was approaching so we called to schedule a home call. The owners of the company came out personally to estimate the repair or replacement of the unit. it was determined that replacement would be the more cost effective and safest option. The unit was ordered with a delivery and installation date set. The company delivered on their promised date, installed the new unit, ran new gas lines and had totally hooked up the new furnace/air conditioner unit in less time than estimated.
