"Installed new gutters in one day"

"Excellent work. No problem recommending them for guttering work."

"We had all of our gutters replaced and guards installed. Not necessarily the cheapest option available, but the work was high quality, was scheduled within a couple weeks of getting a quote, and completed within a couple days. Our interactions with the sales rep, office staff and installers were all professional and courteous. The gutters and guards have held up well against the rain that we've had since they were installed."

"Great company to work with, very friendly knowledgeable people and customer satisfaction is their goal. Matt and his crew did a superb job restoring our finished basement after it got flooded when our sump pump had failed during heavy rains. Dual pumps were installed, along with waterproof and mold proof walls and flooring and a Sedona dehumidifier air purification system."

"Excellent sales and service. Did not try to over sell like other companies. Came within a few days of calling, and finished the job in half an hour. Gutters look and perform great."

"I originally had my gutter screens installed Feb 2021. Recently I had a new roof installed. The roofing company removed the screens in order to do job. I made one call to Eddie and he was there next week and reinstalled screens. He also made sure that the new installation was done correctly to insure it would not void the roofing warranty. It’s always better to use a local in lieu of national contractors like leaf filters. You get better personal communication and satisfaction. In this case Eddies Company Capital Gutters is a Veteran owned family business. You best bet is to hire the vet!"

"The entire process from start to finish w/VanDusen was fantastic.  They are very professional and responsive and everything many others have stated.
The job entailed stripping off old roof, install new roof, remove old soffit aluminum and cut opening in wooden soffit to vent, added insulation to attic.  They had a huge crew that worked very fast...only took 2 days for the job.  They were extremely neat and moved things out of the way and put everything back when job was done.  When I mentioned I should have wiped down gutters before reinstalling a few guys went back up and cleaned even though they were packed up and ready to leave....no hesitation or aggravation w/my request.    Provided photos of insulation work done.  All workers were very respectful and worked well as a team and were eager to do anything I needed.  I had been concerned that removing gutters may be a problem when reinstalling and you'd never know anything was done.  The work is beautiful and thorough and stayed within my budget.
I would definitely use Van Dusen again.

"Jesse was extremely responsive when we called him and explained that our roof was leaking. The roof damage was a result of a storm, and when we called him it was still raining outside (and inside). We explained that we needed an emergency tarp installed until we could sort through the insurance process and arrange for proper repairs. He was so understanding and accommodating during what was frankly a very stressful and panicky time for us, the homeowners. He said he would try and get there that same day to put the tarp up, but that he couldn't guarantee it because he was on another job. Obviously we understood, but were nervous about waiting. He then called me back about an hour later and said he re-arranged his schedule and he would definitely be able to get to our house that day! I was so relieved!
Jesse came that evening and put the tarp on. He was very communicative throughout the whole process. He helped us understand what he saw when he was on the roof. Unfortunately he indicated the repair job was just not something he could fit in before the winter due to scheduling conflicts, but he gave us several recommendations for other roofers to call. He seemed to genuinely care that we were able to find the help we needed. He stayed in touch with me personally for several weeks after the initial tarp install, checking in, asking if we had found a contractor yet. And he even came back to the house once to re-install a portion of the wood braces holding the tarp up when it came off in a wind storm... and he didn't charge us for it.
We would have LOVED to have had Jesse perform the actual roof repair, but unfortunately timing just didn't work out. However, we are extremely grateful to Jesse and his stellar customer service and kindness. He was so helpful, and so generous with his time and expertise - he really went miles above and beyond for us and can't thank him enough!  We would absolutely recommend on Jesse on the basis of his customer service and professionalism. Thank you Jesse!
