The 2 guys who did the job were Hispanic, and I had some trouble communicating with them while they were on the job. It took them quite awhile to actually complete it, but I think the results and price were very good. I wish they could have worked a little more efficiently- showed up kind of late each morning, took long lunch breaks, then left around 5:00. So the whole project took about 2.5 days when I was expecting 1.5.
I am a perfectionist, and I did have to be assertive and point out any places where I felt needed work. They made some mistakes in a few places, but nothing egregious. The guys were willing to accommodate where I had issues.
