The price was considerably less than the other bid I had received plus it was a removal of old shingles where the other contractor wanted to apply new shingles over the old. They removed old shingles and found some rot so had to replace some of the plywood which added to the bid but was very reasonable. A very favorable experience and now I don't dread the rain.....porch doesn't leak at all! Will use the contractor again if I ever need it."

He quickly identified the issue, gave an estimate of $300. He replaced the clamps, raised the needed side 1", cleaned out that gutter, and the gutter below it for no extra charge. He originally said it would take about an hour and did so. He offered aluminum gutter guards around my upper roof for $1300. Wasn't pushy about that, gave me a pamphlet about it, made sure I was satisfied and was on his way. I highly recommend hiring them."

He did the repairs and nailed a few areas of metal for me that were not in the original quote. Some of the roof sealant got on the brick and I called him about it. He came out, we discussed options and he was able to remove the sealant so everything looks great! He is very knowledgeable, a good worker and truly cares about his work as well as the customer.
