"Originally they said a few weeks but a cancellation happened on they worked on my job at the end of the day. They explained everything thoroughly and gave me options. The gate had fallen off the hinge and they not only replaced the hinge but added additional hinges to ensure the gate would function for years to come. "Things went well. They were flexible in their scheduling to visit and make an estimate. The estimate was written on site (others did not get estimates delivered within weeks or at all!) The team was professional, arriving exactly when expected and completing the work quickly. There were two small problems: 1) the fence was placed 18 inches inside of my property line (this was the contractor's error and was corrected at no cost to me), 2) the mailbox was too small to accommodate magazines without damage, this was a standard size that had to be removed and replaced at a $300 cost to me."
