The same people have worked there for a long long time. So, when I'm opening my sprinkler systems it's usually the same guy year after year after year. It's the same thing with lighting. They are very good. They are very customer oriented. They usually offer you a two hour window if it's not an emergency and they always come out within that two hour window. They are very professional."

"Ludwik came out and looked over the work that needed to be completed. He gave me an estimate that was in line with my other estimates. He wasn't the cheapest and he wasn't the most expensive. If you're anything like me, you don't by the cheapest car, electronics, or anything else. You do look for the best value for your money, and Ludwick is a great value! He had two people from his team (a 20 year person and a 7 year person) come to my home to begin work. They were extremely professional laying down material wherever they walked. They went out of their way to give me extra power slots for our fridge and office so I could work from home. It took them 1 day to pull the new service to the house and 2 days to finish the outdoor outlet and other changes in the basement. As I was looking to finish wiring myself, they were nice enough to spend time explaining to me what they were doing and show me some tricks to finish the work myself. Each night they cleaned up extremely well (I have a 9 month old girl who was crawling around like crazy and didn't need to wipe up after them!). Even when I changed couple of things midway through. They were very accommodating and made other recommendations that has made finishing my basement much easier. Finally, since I was finishing the basement myself, Ludwik patiently waited 3 more months for me to finish plumbing and studding out the basement to come back and make sure everything still looked ok. Overall, I cannot recommend Ludwik and his team enough. They are fantastic and I will call them again when I need anything! P.S. Inspector also said this was some of the best work he has seen. Passed first time through!"

"Half of their work is very good. The other half is mediocre. They patched, acid etched and coated our 58 year old concrete porch with polymer modified coatings. Less than 6 months later the coating is worn and chipping off. They acid etched and coated the garage floor and said it would probably crack someday. Someday was 3 weeks. They removed the old wrought iron railings and installed new aluminum railings whose angles and placement do not match. They still have not replaced the small railing gate protecting the basement stairs. They installed Unilock Pavers. The pavers are basically level. They were supposed to repair and reinstall our chain link fence gate. They dug out one post and reset it leaning north. The gate was worse than before they started. We had to pay someone else to fix it so that it stays closed. They removed and replaced the asphalt driveway and did an excellent job but we spent 2 weeks with the driveway dug down to the clay with machinery and debris everywhere. The two river rock sections are very well done. They work, when they please. They say “we’ll be here tomorrow” and finally show up days later with increasingly outrageous explanations. This project is not finished and we are very displeased with the quality of the work and the way that Uptime Builders do business."
