Three days later I received a text that stated the cleaner was on the way to my house. I called and cancelled immediately and received a phone call that since I cancelled less than 24 hours in advance that they had charged my credit card for the entire fee! Terrible customer service. I would never use Anji again."

Which I completely understood because of the amount of dust and they were very thorough in all of the cleaning. After they were done, you would never know that the house was even dusty. They also gave me suggestions on how to maintain the cleaning in the kitchen since the previous owners seemed to not clean after cooking with grease that had built up on the cabinets, stove top and oven. I appreciate all their hard work and attention to detail."
