"They cancelled 1/2 hour before service was due. and set another appointment when I was not available. I called, texted and emailed Anji at least 10 times and no one responded. Three days later I received a text that stated the cleaner was on the way to my house. I called and cancelled immediately and received a phone call that since I cancelled less than 24 hours in advance that they had charged my credit card for the entire fee! Terrible customer service. I would never use Anji again."
