"Outstanding!  Robert showed up on time (I received a 1/2-hour window of between 8:00 and 8:30am and he was right there at 8:15).  Nice to have such a narrow window and not have to wait all day or even a half a day.  Second, he was extremely professional and courteous.  We had cleared our coutertops so he could perform the work and the work was completed in less than an hour.  The countertops were ready to go and only indicated we would want to make sure we soak up any water spillage within a 24 hour period in order to allow the sealer to do its job. <br /> Countertops looked fantastic upon finishing and this is something we will most certainly do on an annual basis if not bi-annual basis, depending on conditions. <br /> Strongly recommend these folks! <br />"

"We had a second story deck that was leaking water into the garage. We got 4 companies to come and give us a quote.  Two of them were cheaper but they seemed as puzzled as we were about what to do and could not guarantee from future problems. The other company suggested rebuilding the entire deck and was way out of budget. Ryan from Monarch Custom Coatings came with a sample that had several layers to waterproof the deck - we were very impressed that he was very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience with this type of work. He and his crew worked very hard, always professional, prompt, courteous, and our deck looks amazing now. We were so happy with them that we hired them again to redo the garage floors. We have had bad experiences in the past with contractors, so we know that finding a good, reliable, and honest one is very hard and rare. We highly recommend Monarch Custom Coatings!"

"Mike (Moshe) BenHaim and his company America Green Builders were very professional. They have different crews for different things and the service was just amazing, I couldn’t ask any better than that! We’ve replaced the old windows with vinyl windows. Removing the old insulation in the Attic and install new 12 inch high (R38) insulation. Painting the exterior walls and wood eves and trims with life time energy efficiency paint. Replacing the carpet with laminate flooring (about 2,000 sqf). Mike is very special person and very honest. I would highly recommend him and his crew. He’s fair, responsible, and always available. We become good friends and now he’s going to replace my A/C unit ducts and adding more solar panels to my house."

I guess the concrete was not used properly and the rest of the driveway was just a mess. These fellows came and removed the old concrete and poured in a new layer. "I had high hopes for this company after my initial contact with them through Angie's list.  I sent an email and got a response back right away from Tal and then we talked about the scope of work needed over the phone and made an appointment for the following week.  When it came time for the contractor to meet me at my home, he never showed and so I called Tal and she informed me that since they were unable to reach me by phone at work and confirm the appointment that day, even though I had made the appointment less than a week prior, and they cancelled the appointment.  I had provided my cell phone as well which she did call but never left a message.  This was extremely frustrating as I had cancelled a meeting in order to be at my home for the appointment time.  I decided to give them a second chance and rescheduled the appointment. <br /> The second time the contractor did arrive on time and we went over the scope of work together.  My ex arrived towards the end of the walk through (we are working on fixing up our house together so we can sell it).  At this time the contractor started talking primarily to him.  We asked what he thought the general cost of the work would be, a rough estimate and he said he thought it would be anywhere from $8-12K.  He told us that his technician would be in the area the following day and that he could come by and put together an itemized list of the work done and give us a formal quote.   <br /> Even though I had called and set up the appointment and had the majority of the communication with the company, the contractor called my ex the following week, not me,  and told him that the technician's quote was for $18-22K!  More than double what he initially thought the cost would be.  I asked my ex to request a written quote for the work so we could see where all of the money was going towards.  We never heard from the contractor again. <br /> I followed up a few weeks later through Angies list email with Tal, the woman who I had made the appointment with to find out when we could expect a written quote and she said she would check and we have not heard a peep since.   <br /> Since our dealings with this contractor we have hired another who quoted us $3400 to get all of the work done and who we eventually hired.   I feel like this company just didn't want to do the work for whatever reason and just threw an astronomical price at us hoping that we would just go somewhere else instead of being honest with us and wasting our time.  <br /> Lastly, during the course of our interaction I felt the contractor made comments about our personal situation that were inappropriate and it bothered me that he felt more comfortable talking to my ex who is male, rather than myself who was the one managing the project and money.   <br /> <br /> Just wanted to respond to the provider.   I did give an opportunity to provide service after the initial misunderstanding of the missed appointment.  The primary disappointment was that I never received a written quote or a quote to myself over the phone.  I have not received any calls after the visit to my home to my cell or received any voicemails nor did I receive anything via email regarding the quote or any updates.   The only voice message I received on my work phone was after I posted this review.  The issue was not the price as we were willing to pay what it took to get this project done.  There was just zero follow up. <br />"

"Throughout the years, I have worked with many contractors, most of which disappointed in some shape or form. In contrast, Tom and Lucas were a complete pleasure to work with. They were always on time, always did what they said they would do (and more sometimes). Whenever I had questions they were always available and ready to help. They soon gained my trust and confidence that they could finish the job to my utmost satisfaction, which meant that I could actually relax and have fun during the process. And whenever I did have extra requests, they were always happy to make it work for me. I will definitely hire them again if I ever need more work done in my home."

"The concrete by the front door included saw cuts to look like tile. The overall look came out better than I expected and resembled real tile with great color blends. Very satisfied with workmanship. The stamped concrete in the year yard has a nice mottled look that resembles real rock.They were always on time, made suggestions, and willing to make changes after the work began. <br />"
