"Exact exteriors did an amazing job. It took a little bit to get the windows from the manufacturer but once the materials were here the job was completed fast. The workmanship was very high quality. I was comfortable with all the workmen who installed new window new siding, new gutters and did a little bit of exterior painting. The house was very tired looking and now looks amazing. "Herb was professional and worked for many hours until the job was done correctly. I am in the process of 100% redoing the bathroom studs-up, and needed a new fan installed. There was never one installed before, and Herb knew what to do to correctly and safely install the fan, vent hose, and the outside vent. He also took existing wiring that ran to an unused baseboard heater above the bathroom, cut the wire, installed a junction box, and ran new 12/2 wire throughout the bathroom, drilling through the wall studs to conceal the wire behind drywall. He installed a new GFCI outlet, a junction for a vanity light when I am ready to install one, and a switch for the fan and a switch for the vanity. I am satisfied with the results."

"A friend told me about Avila const. as he had some work done by them. I went by my friends house to look at there new bathroom that they did and it looked absoultely beautiful. And i have been wanting to do mine but was scared that i would be without a bathroom for a while as i only have one and a half baths in my house so that means no shower. so i asked my friend how long it took and he said they were done in a week and it went very smoothly. so i decieded to give them a call for a estimate. and they came the very nexted day on time and very pleasnt. they came prepared with differnt kinds of tile and paints fixtures. they helped me design my bathroom. so i was very happy with that and the price. So i decieded to go ahead with it. they started tuesday the 2nd and was finished by that saturday. then i had them redo my deck. and that took them no time at all. I am very happy with my new bathroom and deck!!!"
