"Elliot and his crew showed up as scheduled. They had some difficulties with the old slab being so porous, but worked through the day to get it right. The color came out great, but the gloss layer did not last. After discussing this with Elliot, he stated it was most likely due to the very old and porous slab. Elliot and his crew came back to the house, re sanded the floor and put a thin top layer on the slab. He stained and sealed the floor with a high gloss finish. He did all this at no cost to me and the final product came out great."

"I was awaiting another estimate and did not sign immediately, but Rodney stated if I chose to go with them, I could bring the estimate he printed to the office and complete the contract.  We were leaving on vacation on Sunday and I decided I wanted to go to the office and complete the contract.  I called to make the arrangements and was advised they had to wait until Monday, until they received Rodney's estimate, to complete the contract, take a down payment and get me scheduled.  I was advised that I would receive a call on Monday, while I was on vacation, to make arrangements to get me into their busy schedule.   <br /> After a week of no calls, when we returned from vacation, I called the office only to find the Office Manager, Cheryl Breaux, seems to be the only one in the office that can do anything to assist the customer and she, as she admitted herself, was just too busy to answer or return my calls.  When we finally did speak, she stated she could get me into the schedule, but as soon as I mentioned using giving her a credit card number over the phone for a down payment, she said they couldn't do that because they don't know who I am.  After receiving this kind of treatment before I even signed the contract, I decided I did not want to risk having to try to contact them if I had issues during or after the install. <br /> <br />"

"The salesman Neil is great in the products and service that he sells. He promises to inspect the windows when they are completely installed to make sure that we were completely satisfied and that the job was done to perfection. Once we signed on the dotted line and paid him a check we never heard from him again. We had several different installers before the job was finished. They weren't prompt nor did they call to let you know they were going to be late or one time just didn't show up. They are extremely sloppy and messed up some of the trim on the outside of the house. The office staff is nice and tries to be helpful but they aren't the installers."
