"Excellent ... Robert promptly came over and provided a reasonable quote to plaster the kitchen ceiling due to an upstairs bathroom leak that resulted in the plumbers knocking it out. Since this is an older home the plaster needed to have a swirl pattern. I also mentioned painting was needed for the fix and Robert brought in his son who does painting. After discussions, I decided to also have the kitchen walls, chair rails, baseboards, and basement stair walls painted. This price too was reasonable. An appointment was made for a week later for the plaster work and the painting a week after that. Robert and his son and the 2 helpers finished the job promptly and professionally. The plaster with the swirl pattern blended in with the rest of the kitchen ceiling nicely."

Materials arrived 2 days before job start, dumpster arrived day before. They did the work on a Saturday and the dumpster was gone early Monday. For what it's worth, I roofed in my younger days, and indeed did the original roof on this house, so I have a very good idea of what it takes. It's a very long distance from the street to the house, so just to get the materials to the house and the debris back up to the dumpster on the street is challenging. These guys did a good job under difficult circumstances.Before ripping the roof they covered the ground levels and also draped tarp over the side of the house. They were careful to save two large and heavy chimney caps which we wanted to preserve. The laying of the shingles was good. The gutters were cleaned thoroughly after the job and the ground was also cleaned. It was an extremely hot day and the crew worked hard."

"we have an original terra cotta tile fireplace that was painted white.  we wanted it stripped back to its original state.  ultimate custom painting did a fantastic job.  fairly priced and very conscientious in the work.  the fireplace ended up having multiple layers of paint, both oil and latex based, so it was certainly not an easy job.  we have small dogs and also a young child in the home, and they were able to use green products so we didn't have to worry about chemicals and fumes in the house.  we plan to have these guys back when we paint our walls on our main floor!  highly recommend.
