"I spoke with Jerry, and i felt his team were going to do a great job. But his team exceeded my expectations! The Project Manager knocked on the door, introduced himself and explained the processes. When the project was complete, he showed me the before pictures, and promised to return in three weeks or he could return earlier if warranted. According to him, because it rained today much of the mold, mildew, lycon, and algae will be washed away. I am sure with the cleaning of the roof and treating the algae and other unwanted materials on the roof, will look like brand new in a few weeks. I am so glad we called Window Genie to clean our roof!"

"Amazing!! The customer service to set up the appointment was very informative, polite, and friendly. The cleaning crew left everything spotless and feeling like a brand new house. It was so squeaky clean you could practically eat off the floors. Definitely would hire for a housecleaning again. A++!!!"

"They arrived late due to an emergency at their previous appointment. They did a good job cleaning my screens and exterior windows. I am satisfied with their work and will have them come back to power wash my walkways. Pam and Matt are nice people who care about others!"

"Avelino arrived right on time. He and his partner/wife spot treated stains and did a great job cleaning my carpets. He took the time to explain the process and was careful around furniture and the walls. Love my clean carpets!"

"Rob and his crew performed with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. The entire crew makes sure their assigned job is done timely and efficiently. They redid my sunscreens, cleaned my gutters and cleaned all my outside windows. I would highly recommend and will refer Elite Windows to everyone I know who needs their provided services. Thank you Elite Windows!"
