He and his son Caleb came and installed (including cutting the ladder down to fit and also some additional adjustments for the hole so it fit accurately). They cleaned up the area and even got rid of the box that the new attic ladder came in. I was so happy with the work, I asked him to give me a price on another project."

They replaced all my cedar siding with the hardy board as well as replaced my shutters, added fascia boarding, and installed a new door with sidelights. Jerry has also come out for complete small projects such as the roofing and deck on my childs playhouse, hung a swing on my porch that was not installed correctly by someone else, and even fixed a fascia board for free that was sticking out due to storms. Jerry pays close attention to detail and gives 110%. I receive compliments daily on my home by neighbors who always inquire about who remodeled our home. He has done work for others in my neighborhood. Planning to have Jerry come up and install flooring in my kitchen soon. So glad we found him! Worth every penny!"

"I hired them to replace a privacy fence that a different handyman did for me a year ago that was falling apart. My back yard is half an acre or more. They removed the privacy fence replaced and cemented all of the posts and there were a lot of posts. They added a double gate in the back. They also painted it. They were focused on doing a good job and completing the job in a week. They did it all in 4 days and they did the job right. My fence is beautiful! I am impressed with their work I will be definitely be using them again"

"Person who did the job was pleasant. He arrived late, but I could understand why. My problem is that he replaced the wall part of the opener and he replaced it with a used one. It was not new and I didn't realize that it was not new until I looked at it the next day. I chose these people because of positive reviews on Angie's List. After my service, I went back and looked at them and discovered that they are all written on the same day. Perhaps they are not legitimate. My biggest mistake was that I didn't get three estimates. Lesson well learned!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
