"Mr. and Mrs. Jordan brought the firewood to my residence on the day as scheduled.  The wood was great, cut to length as requested and all hardwood.  My wife and I stacked and racked the firewood for winter.  Just out of curiosity, I measured the racks of wood just to see what a cord of wood looked like ( 128 cubic feet or 4 x 4 x 8 ft).  I measured a couple of times and came up short each time by about 20 cubic feet of a full cord.  I emailed the company with my findings.  They were very apologetic and said they were trying a new way to load a fixed cord of wood with their Bob Cat.  They seemed to really appreciate my notification  so they could calibrate the loading procedure and on 5 September the Jordan's brought addition great oak firewood to my house.  We are now more than pleased with their attention to this relatively small amount of wood but nevertheless meaningful to me.  Again the Jordan's were most gracious with the delivery and we'll be calling them again next year. <br />"

They came out promptly for an estimate and then scheduled the job within a couple of weeks of the estimate. They showed up when they said they would, and completed the job exactly how I asked. "These guys did a great job.  Pete came out for an estimate and was very patient answering all my questions, looking at the problem and explaining solutions.  Quote was emailed in a timely fashion in less than a week.  Pete was very helpful answering questions via email after the initial quote and making sure we understood what would happen and what we needed to do.  When it came time to schedule the job, they kept me well informed.  Unfortunately due to an abudance of rain the job had to be pushed back for almost two weeks, but Glenn, the schedule manager was great.  He kept me well informed of delays via email and made sure I knew when the guys were coming.  The labor crew was very professional and on time, did a great job of minimizing any damage from their equipment as they moved the two dump trucks full of dirt from the front of the house to the back.  They even let my toddler son and daughter sit in the front loader they brought after the kids showed an interest in the equipment.  They also swept up and cleaned up any loose dirt in the street when they were finished for the day.  Glenn came out a few days later to look at the work and answer any questions we had and told us he was available by email should we have any further questions about the work or maintenance of our new soil and grass seed.  Overall a very helpful company, timely, would use them again for future yard and landscaping projects. <br />"
