"Trevor and his crew had come and scoped the job giving us an estimate. After we agreed they were chosen to the work, we were given a starting date. The crew showed up on time and worked for two and a half days to prepare the area for the patio extension and build a beautiful retaining wall for the area that set back into the hill. The stairs to the front door were replaced with newly constructed rebar and structural elements that will last for many more years than the original stair that only lasted 24 years. The new stairs now match the full width of the front porch which now looks much more symmetrical. The pad leading up to the stairs was enlarged and lengthened. They came back on the third day and the concrete was poured and finished. When they finished the work they made sure they cleaned up the job site and left everything as it was before. Trevor and his crew did an excellent job and we are so happy with how the job turned out and we highly recommend them for any work you may need completed."

"Engineered Foundation Solutions was a pleasure to work with, from the owners Bob and Jeff who performed the inspection and planning, to Shannon who coordinated the project and kept in weekly contact, to Brian who oversaw the work, and his crew. They were professional, courteous, informative and hard workers. They completed the job on time despite a few surprises underground, rain, and a holiday weekend. The price they quoted was a little higher than the other two estimates we received, but the degree of expertise and professionalism was well worth that price, particularly for an expensive and long lasting investment in our home. I wish they did all things house related, I would hire them for everything."

John came out to give an estimate, he was incredibly clear and detailed in describing the process. He clearly has a lot of experience and takes pride in his work. "I have to give a huge shout out to Jeff Thoma and Prestige Paving. What an exceptional experience! I had multiple local contractors come out to give me bids on my driveway, removing old sinking and cracked concrete and replacing with new asphalt. Jeff came out to see me, told me exactly what they had to do to replace my driveway and the amount of work needed to do the job right. The other contractors wanted to pave over the sinking cracked driveway! They arrived like an army on Monday morning as scheduled, one of the guys on the crew even stood with my blind neighbor and waited for his Access van because the trucks were blocking his normal waiting spot. The team of 8-9 guys worked in perfect harmony, through torrential rain; if something dropped on the ground, someone else was scooping it up. They were very friendly and funny, considerate of our neighborhood and so efficient! The job was completed this morning and we couldn't be happier. So thankful that we chose Prestige Paving. "Mr. T is just fantastic!!! I have used Anthony for approximately 5 years as my go to home improvement contractor. He has done all the recent work for our house including repairing the chimney, building the stone retaining wall, pouring concrete steps, building a fence, gate, and handrail. He even redid the drain running through the yard, and then ripped out the old broken sidewalk to pour an entire new one about 40ft long. Anthony is very professional and curtious, the only contractor I will recommend and use for my needs."

"The owner contacted me 40 minutes after posting. He arrived at my house 2 hours later. He measured the project and quoted me a price two ways, asphalt and concrete. The upgrade for concrete was reasonable, so that's what we went for. A few days later, we signed the contract with 1/3 down-payment. The crew arrived a few days later and demolition began. All work was completed within a reasonable time with only one rain day. We paid an additional 1/3 half way through and the final payment on the last day. Overall, we are pleased with the outcome. We do have two low spots that are holding rainwater. This won't be an issue once we build the carport. The owner gets an A for excellent and honest communication. The crew gets a B... a few no-shows, cellphone use and footprints on fresh concrete. Ours was a huge, complex and challenging concrete job. Peyton was able to pull it off and give us what we asked for!"

"We had to wait for this service almost 6 months, but it was worth it. They installed new steel lentils and limestone above the windows of my house. They did a very neat, precise and very clean job. I am very pleased with their work. My house now looks terrific. They like what they do and it shows in the quality of their work. Being a manager I couldn’t help admire Lee Lansberry. The two men, Daniel and Dominick, explained what was going to be done and were professional the entire day. The concrete slab was leveled with the front porch and looked as good as new. "From a home owner’s perspective success in residential construction is getting good work for a reasonable price and B&M definitely delivers on that . That built a large 1.5 car garage attached to our house. I was pretty impressed with all the things that Brien can do with his small crew, they tackled excavation , a lot of concrete/block work, carpentry of course, and managed to deal with some tricky masonry details. Would definitely use them again for large or small jobs."
