They came out right away, looked around and thought this was an isolated incident. Few weeks later a raccoon decided to take up residence in my chimney and they came right out, put a trap up with cameras. Raccoon was caught and they covered the caps with wire mesh until a custom cover could be made. Customer service was great, they were reasonable with recommendations and even sent me video of the raccoon in the chimney. Would definitely call again."
