They came and took my roof off within an hour and replaced some of the osb took out my old chimneys and had the new roof on and cleaned up around the house by 1-1:30 and whole project done within roughly 4.5 hours. They sent pictures of the entire project in the start of every phase to keep me posted so I knew how far they were the entire time! They fought for me and worked with me to get me what I needed. Highly recommend for any exterior project. They will be doing my gutters and replacing some of my old siding and looking forward to them coming back!"

However, three employees all left at the same time two maybe three different times to get parts. I failed to understand the reasoning for this when they gave me an itemized quotation with the parts needed to complete the job front. "Seemed to go well, fast work. Left a fair amount of nails and debris. But had a couple leaks develop at some difficult spots, around chimney, and another intersection of roof and wall. It took a few trips back to get the leaks fixed. They were fixed well however. The guy that came to fix them did a very good job. Seems that the original workers did not have quite enough time and had to rush it. It has a good guarantee etc."

"I had a badly leaking house roof with 35 year old shingles. Called CRP and spoke with the owner, Mr, Rob Foster. He came out asap, we walked the roof and I received a detailed estimate two days later. He answered all my questions via phone and email promptly. He was very congenial and we had an immediate personal connection. Rob, Jeff and their crew arrived at 8 a.m., replaced all questionable wood and reshingled. They also installed some additional, necessary down spouts. All debris was cleaned up and they were finished by 2 p.m. All replacement materials were quality as specified in the original estimate. The crew were hard workers, did not take any breaks and did a beautiful job. I am very satisfied and would certainly recommend CRP. Good guys."

Each time, they claimed the issue was resolved, but water kept coming in. We had the interior repaired after the initial leak, it leaked again - in the same location - and damaged our interior ceiling a second time. Despite their repeated failures, they refused to take responsibility for the interior damage caused by the ongoing leak. Their lack of accountability and poor workmanship made the entire experience stressful and costly."
