"We had Nick and Isaac perform a dryer vent duct cleaning and inspection of our home’s air ducts for cleanliness. After the inspection was done, they recommended a sanitation of the ducts and their work was extremely professional and quick! They were upfront about pricing and very reasonable. We cannot thank them enough for the great work they performed. "

My names Cayden Shadoan, I’m 23 years old. I have a beautiful wife and daughter. I have a full time job as a pipe welder in Sumter South Carolina. I’m on here just looking to pick up a couple extra jobs here and there in hopes of starting my own business one day to be able to stay home with my family more. I can do pretty much anything that needs done in or around your house. Specializing in building fences or repairing fences, any kind of piping jobs, or any welding. Thank you for considering me to help you get what you need done. Hope to see you soon.

"It was incredible!!!! They showed up in the morning at 7:15 sharp with 4 well-equipped gentlemen and left 3 hours later with my two brand new York HVAC units completely installed, floors were left clean, everything was absolutely impressive! They were very respectful and professional. I couldn't be happier with this experience and the price was very fair!"

"I've never had my ducts cleaned so wasn't sure what to expect. Seemed like a fairly straightforward cleaning. Technician made some decent recommendations and pointed out a few issues with the system. He pulled a bunch of lint out of our dryer vent so I'm looking forward to a more efficient dryer as well. Would recommend to others."

"I had a moisture problem in the crawl space of my home and called a local contractor to help me resolve the problem. Well our findings were not to good. The moisture under the hose had caused a mold problem as well as structural damages to some of my main seals and joist under the house. The first thing we decided that needed to be done prior to repairing the structure was to get rid of the mold. My contractor (Robs Repair) who does great work might I add contacted Nick Rollins with Rollings Pest Control. Nick came out and evaluated the problem twice. He did a very detailed and thorough estimate. His proposal included scrubbing and treatment for the mold. Total encapsulation of my crawlspace which I will explain a little about. <br /> The encapsulation consist of the following: <br /> All the insulation under the house had to be removed. <br /> Because of the head room underneath the duct work had to be removed. (This work was done under another contract) <br /> Prior to installing the vapor barrier underneath, the ground was cleaned of any debris and leveled as required. <br /> Then the installation of a total vapor barrier beneath the house. (Not regular plastic this is pretty rigid material)This was in our case 2,000 square feet from wall to wall in tight working condition. <br /> Sealing all crawl space vents with 2" thick insulation board. <ul> <li>Installation of 2" thick insulation around the perimeter of the house. </li> <li>The vapor barrier is then turned up and tied into the 2" insulation board to make a full seal.</li> <li>Note: The methods they used to seal the vapor barrier and insulation board was with heavy duty tape (made of the same material as the vapor barrier) and some type of adhesive. I'm not sure of the kind. All joints are taped and sealed air tight.</li> <li>The vapor barrier is also ran up and around any columns and supports and sealed around each one.</li> <li>Installation of (2) dampers to condition the newly encapsulated crawl space.</li> <li>They also provided a remote humidity sensor to monitor the percentage below and above also with temperature above and below.</li> <li> I just felt that I needed to share this information for anybody to review that's having a moisture problem and can't resolve it with just a plain vapor barrier. The total encapsulation was basically the only choice I had because of the conditions and my home being so low to the ground. Basically what we have now is a conditioned basement. We will see but there should be a cost savings on electrical also. It's been about a month now and so far my crawl space is holding in the 70% range which considering it was 90%or more before is good. He said it would take a couple months for everything to regulate and it would come down. </li> <li></li> <li></li> </ul> <br />"
