"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. "Overall, they did a good job. They did concrete steps, bathroom remodel, drywall repair, painting, floors replacement and steps refinishing and room closet. For most of the work that they did, the job was ok. I felt as if they were more expensive than the level of service they provided. Also, they are not flooring experts. My floors were incorrectly installed and bubbled in multiple places after only a few weeks. When they came out to evaluate the issue and develop a solution, they appeared clueless and never responded to my text messages and phone calls. I had to hire a flooring contractor to redo their work. Ultimately, they performed adequately on everything except the floors. And they took way too long to complete the work."
