Thus, his crew are seasoned veterans and all speak English. Most window companies will send out "salesman" that have no idea of how the window will be installed or who the installation crew is. Marc was thorough in his assessment of what needed to be done and made alterations based on my needs, The house has never felt better as the windows were installed and sealed expertly. "Ben is a real craftsman! He replaced 3 exterior doors with new half light fiberglass doors. All three doors were in poor shape and did not seal. Ben had to modify the door framing to raise the doors to clear the new tile floors. He also installed two outlawing doors for enhanced security and indoor space utilization. Ben went far above the norm to insure a proper installation and his pricing was excellent! I now have three properly fitting doors beautifully installed! And a much warmer house"

"I have to give this company HLC Doors & Windows its props . First of all the products they sell are very nice and looks great and the prices are not bad either. You actually get to see and touch the doors which is a plus for me and the bast was i got a door the color that I really wanted (Brown). This made me very happy, most places that I checked I would have had to have it painted and pay for that extra , not at HLC. Once my door was picked out, then I was setup for an measurement date of my door and sidelight - which I never new the correct name for the glass window on the side of the door. Once that was done a few days later I received a call from HLC, to get my door install, I was given the opportunity to pick my day, which I picked 01/13/2026. The Young man called to advise me that he was on his way and he arrived on time and greeted me and advised about my burglar door. He worked constantly and efficiently to do a great job! I love how my front door looks, Thanks HLC."

Mack and all of his crew did the type of work they would do if this were their home. Not only were they a joy to work with but they also took time to take care of the small details that most contractors don't do. They don't just do the job, they do it right. Mack offered many suggestions to us that would make the projects much better and he did them with little or no extra charges. He just wants to do things the best possible way. On our last project they installed my greenhouse and parts were missing from the container when it arrived and they insisted on coming back when the parts arrive to complete the job even though I did not expect them to. I am already planning my next projects for them to come do. They always communicated with me about the times they would be working and they were always on time. They always cleaned up when they were done and they came to ask me if they had any questions or concerns."
