Dan McNeely, the owner, has integrity and treats his customers very respectfully and ethically, as did all the NCR employees during our recent roof replacement. NCR has installed two roofs on our house. The first roof installation was in January 2010, replacing the existing roof with a composition roof with a 30-year warranty. Sadly, that roof developed some leaking issues late in December 2020. We called NCR and a repair team was quickly sent to our home the same day. The roof leak was repaired, but the repair team also took some pictures of our roof back to the office. We were quickly contacted by John, the Production Manager. It seemed our particular composition shingles could possibly have some manufacturing defects. We were sent a warranty claim form to fill out, for a complete roof replacement. Some of our shingles were also removed for testing. We were soon involved in a warranty claim against the company which manufactured the shingles on our roof. NCR followed our warranty claim from start to finish. This relieved us of the stress of filing a warranty claim against the manufacturer ourselves. In the end, we were presented with a fair warranty claim settlement. The NCR roofing crew did a fantastic job installing a new roof last month. The project went smoothly from start to finish .The old roof was completely replaced, including the plywood sheeting and venting system. The roofing crew worked as an efficient team to quickly remove and replace the roof. They were very polite, professional, and thoroughly cleaned up around the work-site each day. The new roof looks fantastic. We have every confidence that this roof will dependably protect our home from rain, snow, ice, and wind for many years to come."

"The roofing company that I have used as a builder/developer for over 45 years retired, so I took the strenuous time to research and interview nine local roofing companies that all had good ratings online. Jesse with Elite roofing was not your standard salesperson selling me a bill of goods. Yes, we spoke the same language being in the same trades, but Jesse explained what would be forthcoming from his team if chosen. This conversation alone was unlike the other eight companies that provided estimates. We also discussed metal trim edging that is detailed and more functional than what was initially installed. Not only was Jesse bid competitive with other like same roofing companies, but Jesse’s teams also followed through after completion was like, who conducts business like this anymore meaning a separate guy showed up the day after completion to inspect the work completed and spent a good 20 minutes walking around my roof checking all roof to wall flashing, edge flashing, vents and so on. The inspector also inspected neighboring yards to make sure debris was not present. I have a very dark grey/black colored home with a new black roof system that now has a Bad-***-Gothic look with the unique metal edging and raised ridge vent that extends past the fascia board trim that adds detail and thankfulness that I hired the right company to take care of all of my future projects! "Mr. Ramos and his crew did a great job replacing our rambler's roof. From the initial estimate to the final stage, he was communicative, punctuate and the result was beautiful. The quote was extremely reasonable as well, and he was there personally for the whole installation to ensure everything gets done right. "Oh, The Joys Of Home Ownership We purchased our home in 2014 and since then there have been a series of things demanding our attention. This last winter (2016-2017) there were torrential downpours which brought with them two small roof leaks. So when we received an offer from Angie’s List for a new roof from Premier Construction Services, we decided to pursue it. Mike emailed me the next day to make arrangements to come out and take a look at the roof and discuss the project. Right away I could tell he was very passionate about his work and that it was important we thoroughly understood the different materials and techniques used to properly install a roof. He gave us several options at various price levels so that we could decide what would work best for us. "Two roof leaks in a very difficult area to access were repaired promptly and professionally. While they were on site they noticed the plastic roof vents for the bathroom fans were beginning to crack. they replaced all the vents with a higher quality steel vent. I have a large house with a very expensive "life time" composition roof, so I am very cautious about who I have work on it. I was very pleased with the work performed by Roofworks NW.
