"Pinnacle Roofing provided an extraordinary experience exceeding all of our expectations. After watching hours and hours of roofing and solar installation videos and studying other peoples' systems, both our roofing and solar are more meticulously installed than any other roof or solar install I've seen anywhere. It really is beautiful. We unfortunately discovered a lot of rotten wood (trusses) under our roof during the process which added considerably to our project costs. Even with the enormity of added work involved, given how competitive Pinnacle's quotes were to begin with, we were still able to finish the project under the cost of some of our other bids and they still hit our schedule deadlines. This was a huge purchase/investment for us and I feel enormously grateful to have undertaken this with Pinnacle Roofing. "Tekline installed a new TPO roof on an older outbuilding structure that we converted into a fully renovated studio space. They were wonderful to work with. Chris, my main point person, helped me creatively navigate a few challenges related to how to meet the R-value insulation requirements which was really beyond the roofing job they were hired to do. The guys who installed the roof were extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They were a pleasure to work as was every person I was in contact with at Tekline. This is the second project we've hired them for and I would absolutely recommend them / hire them again."

"Back in December, we had a different Roofer come by the neighborhood offering free estimates. They found several leaks in our attic space and initially quoted us for 19k on a 3,000 sq foot home. I told them I wanted to get competing bids, and eventually lowered the estimate to 11k, but they wanted us to enter a contract immediately and use lower durability materials. That whole experience turned me off, so I looked for different contractors. Enter North Creek Roofing. I gave a call, and got a hold of Evan R. who came over for an estimate. Evan is great, you can tell he's a veteran. He didn't try to up sale us. We ended up going with North Creek Roofing because it was one of the most competitive bids, and they came recommended by my brother who went with them for a different job. Overall their performance exceeded expectations. They initially said construction would begin January 24th, but construction got pushed back a bit to the 27th, due to a spat of bad weather earlier in the month. They told us the job would take 2-3 days, and they finished in 2. We went with an onyx black shingle, and they even painted our vents to match the roof. Overall, we're very happy. TLDR -- North Creek Roofing has experienced, honest, roofers who want to do a good job, without squeezing you for every cent. You can always get a cheaper bid, but at a certain point you get what you pay for."

"Excellent. Turn around was quick. They kept me up to date when their schedule changed or they needed extra materials. Price was as agreed and work was high quality. They cleaned up after themselves and they masked the painting around trim and the floors well. Gave me a break on price because I already had some sheetrock on hand. They also did maintenance and repair on my gutters and drainage on short notice with quick turnaround."

"Got the referral to Water Wise from Valentine Roofing, since they don't do roof repair.  Was very glad that they sent some one else.  Dan from Water Wise did a thorough job looking at the roof from all places; he gave me a quote promptly and was very patient explaining what was going on with my roof. He doesn't need deposit, just a signed form.  <br /> On the day of, he showed up exactly the time he said he will.  Started diagnose where the leak started from.  Finished the job within time frame and then some.  Was very considerate; and was patient when I quizzed him on the condition of my second home's roof.  <br /> Why replace the whole roof when repair for less than a quarter of the price will fix the problem and extend the life of your roof for a very long time. <br /> I have began recommending Dan to other friends. <br />"

"A small area was discovered in the attic space on the sheathing that had turned black from the entry of water. I looked up on Angie's List for a provider that would do a small job. I sent photos of the area to Cesar and he looked them over. He was able to diagnose the problem from the photos because the leak was adjacent to where one of the roof safety anchors is located. We made arrangements for him to come out to do the work as long as the cost was $300 dollars or less. He showed up on the day scheduled and went right to work. He took pictures before, during and after he completed the work so I could see exactly what he did. The photos were a great service since it meant I did not have to go on the roof to check the work. Cesar was given a check by my renter after completion of the job, and I received a detailed invoice later that night. I was totally impressed with the way he conducted business and that the price of the work came in under the maximum that I told him I would pay. It was a small job that many contractors would not bother with, but Cesar made me feel like it was important to him. The work involved removing of some of the composition shingles, replacing the anchor boot and installing it correctly and then replacing the roofing material. <br /> I would recommend this company for repairs and will continue to use them in the future. I will definitely ask them for a quote when I need a whole roof replacement in the future. <br />"

"Oh, The Joys Of Home Ownership We purchased our home in 2014 and since then there have been a series of things demanding our attention. This last winter (2016-2017) there were torrential downpours which brought with them two small roof leaks. So when we received an offer from Angie’s List for a new roof from Premier Construction Services, we decided to pursue it. Mike emailed me the next day to make arrangements to come out and take a look at the roof and discuss the project. Right away I could tell he was very passionate about his work and that it was important we thoroughly understood the different materials and techniques used to properly install a roof. He gave us several options at various price levels so that we could decide what would work best for us. We went with the TruDefinition Duration Shingles that come with the Total Protection roofing system by Owens Corning. Since we are on Social Security, this investment stretched our budget to the max. We are thoroughly impressed with Mike and his team, their professionalism and commitment to satisfaction. Now that the job is completed, we are very glad we listened to Mike and took his expert advice. Mike and his crew finished the job (32 squares) in 3 days including tear-off and didn’t cut any corners; replacing all the flashing, ridge and roof vents. During the entire process you could tell that it was extremely important to Mike that we were completely satisfied with the work and was delighted to answer any questions or concerns we had. "Two roof leaks in a very difficult area to access were repaired promptly and professionally. While they were on site they noticed the plastic roof vents for the bathroom fans were beginning to crack. they replaced all the vents with a higher quality steel vent. I have a large house with a very expensive "life time" composition roof, so I am very cautious about who I have work on it. I was very pleased with the work performed by Roofworks NW. They were always on time, professional, and easy to work with. The billing for services performed was very reasonable."
