We ensure our work minimizes maintenance, water usage, material transportation, and waste. These principals guide all of our practices to ensure that the air, water, and soils are protected and enhanced. Our firm was founded years ago by Ryan Sarvis to create a turn-key landscaping company that could deliver the highest quality spaces with excellent communication and service to our clients. Ryan has an unrelenting love and passion for landscaping as a 3rd generation landscaper. His devotion to excellence in all areas of the client experience reverberates through all levels of our team. Our founding principles endure today and are at the heart of our operations. We use our in-house carpenters, stone masons, lighting/irrigation tech, and other landscaping craftsmen to ensure the best quality work that is implemented in a timely manner. By avoiding multiple subcontractors, we seamlessly complete projects that require multiple disciplines or facets without delays. Our craftsmen have been trained in the "Green Spaces Way". These sets of standards allow us to stand confidently behind our work with an industry best five-year warranty. "Green Spaces Landscaping (Ryan, Galdino, Juan Carlos, Jose) transformed our Back Yard into an outdoor paradise. We went from a single space full of grass and weeds with a small builder supplied patio, to a terraced multi-use space with a Fiberon Composite Deck, Pergola, Belgard Patio with Outdoor Fire pit area built into the slope of the hill, and a grass lawn area all accented by plants, trees, a dry stream, a fountain, and 2 custom built wooden bridges. All fully irrigated with a Wi-Fi controlled sprinkler system and integrated lighting. On the deck they installed a built-in BBQ and also built a 2nd Pergola to install a porch swing bed. The entire team was great to work with, and very accommodating as we made several changes to the project along the way. Karen (in the office) was also great to work with, and very prompt in all communications. We did all of this working during the Covid Summer of 2020, which makes it all the more amazing as despite everything they were able to accomplish all of this work in about 10 weeks from start to finish. We highly recommend Green Spaces Landscaping and will use them again for our front yard landscaping project and also any additional work we need done."

He diverted the work to his own company, Handy Buddy LLC, after indicating it was part of Luxury Bath. Corresponded with me via the entire project using his Luxury Bath e-mail. The project required significant rework and I had to finish a portion because he wouldn't fix some final items. 2 years later the work performed failed and I am now in the process of having it redone by a different contractor. Attempted to speak with Luxury Bath of Seattle owner, Raz Gunderman, numerous times. However, he has avoided all my attempts at communication. I have now had to obtain a lawyer to pursue a refund. Extremely dissatisfied."

He took out our tub and single shower and installed 2 shower head bathroom with heated flooring, floating vanity, and another light above the shower. He is respectful of our home and a dog person for sure! He left everything nice and neat and went through thoroughly to ensure he did not leave any dust or debris past his working hours. Would recommend to friends and family! Easy, much cheaper than our other quotes and he did it all within our agreed upon timeline! Please use GASHIN and support local!"
