I was surprised how quickly and efficiently they were able to move me from a small efficiency to a large apartment in a high-rise. The high-rise was challenging because it's a new building and they don't have access for a moving truck to come in. But these guys are really quick and all my stuff is in great condition. The next day he came out and performed the work. I was expecting a crew, but he came and did everything solo. Something came up, so he wasn't able to come first thing in the morning like we arranged, but communicated that the night before. He had great communication, letting me know when he was on his way.
